Full Planning: Plan to Handle It
You got engaged and know exactly what you want or maybe you are completely overwhelmed and not sure where to start, either way our role is to plan and execute your day of celebration flawlessly. Full planning is best suited for super busy couples that want a seasoned professional to guide and advise the entire process. While you won't be completely hands-off, we will guide you throughout the entire process, reducing stress, decision fatigue, and handling more behind-the-scenes tasks and activities than you can imagine. Plan to Handle It includes venue selection, contract negotiations, vendor management, budget creation/management, payment tracking, attend meetings on your behalf, design assistance, website maintenance, and so much more!

Partial Planning: Plan to Keep Me Sane
An enhancement to the "day-of" management service package, our hands-on partial planning option includes all the benefits of the
"Save the Day" services, plus budget creation, contract review, custom curated vendor list, and design input to give you the most amazing and memorable day of your life. Most of our couples find the partial planning option to be the sweet spot for their planning needs. It provides everything needed to ensure a smooth process, with ongoing support and guidance throughout your experience.

Coordinating for your dreamy day begins 2-3 months prior to your wedding. You've done all the planning and hired all your vendors, but now you're ready to turn over the details and breathe. This is the perfect foundation every couple needs to breeze through the day. We believe every couple needs that special someone to bring their day to life. You might not need full or partial planning but anyone hosting an event will benefit from a "day of" coordinator in ways you can't even imagine. With us by your side, you are truly making a plan to save the day!

Micro-Wedding Planning: Plan to Keep It Small
This package is designed for a seamless wedding day for couples with a guest count of 50 or fewer. You envision a small, intimate celebration, possibly secured a few lingering vendors, but still need a little help. This package offers the assistance you need to celebrate with those closest to you!

Note: Prices may be higher or lower than standard packages based on local geographic areas, country of service, travel, and/or client need. Always remember, quotes are free, and we have a service for every budget! All service levels, excluding our micro- wedding package, include three team members.
